“Five Star” and “Best Practices” Agency has an opportunity for an Agency Manager in one of our smaller but growing branches. Must be experienced in Personal Lines Insurance. We seek motivated and professional individuals with strong communication skills. 5 years minimum property and casualty agency experience required. Commercial Lines experience is a plus.
•Account handling and client presentations
•Personal Lines Sales
•Resolving client concerns and issues
•Reviewing and recommending coverage
•Rounding existing accounts.
•Managing sales, service, account managers and basic daily office procedures.
Our managers work closely with our senior management team in operations, sales and marketing. Candidate must be proficient with insurance agency technology. Must have working knowledge of agency management software, Insurance Rating Software and Microsoft Office. Applied or Epic agency management system experience is preferred but not a prerequisite.
$65,000 Plus commission, incentives and benefits
