Our “Five Star” and “Best Practices” Agency has an opportunity for an Agency Manager in one of our smaller but thriving locations.
- 5 years minimum property and casualty agency experience
- Candidate must be proficient with insurance agency technology.
- Must have working knowledge of agency management software, Insurance Rating Software and Microsoft Office.
- Must be experienced in Personal Lines Insurance.
- Strong communication skills.
- Account handling and client presentations
- Personal Lines Sales
- Resolving client concerns and issues
- Reviewing and recommending coverage
- Retention control
- Rounding existing accounts.
- Managing sales, service, account managers and basic daily office procedures.
Our managers work closely with our senior management team in operations, sales and marketing. Applied or Epic agency management system experience is preferred but not a prerequisite. Commercial Lines experience is a plus.
