United Property & Casualty Insurance Company and Arbella have announced a new partnership that will allow agents to offer their insureds new discounts aimed at coastal clients throughout Massachusetts. The new program offers new exclusive discounts to policyholders who have both UPC and Arbella insurance policies.
Agents can now offer a client with a UPC homeowner’s policy and auto policy credit discount through Arbella. In return, Arbella agents can offer their auto policyholders a credit discount on their homeowner’s policy when they obtain a UPC homeowners policy.

The new discounts which include new policy discounts began with policies have an effective date of June 21, 2013 and later.
UPC Insurance, founded in 1999, entered the Massachusetts market in 2011. It is an insurance holding company that sources, writes and services residential property and casualty insurance policies through a group of wholly owned insurance subsidiaries. Quincy-based Arbella Insurance Group was established in 1988 and now boasts over $600M in revenue and almost $1B in assets.
