Proven ability to obtain those results

A LOT of Employee Benefits experience (lets say more than 5 years)
A LOT of Leadership experience!

We are looking to add a Manager to oversee our Employee Benefits Sales Team. Here are some details of the role:
Oversee the Employee Benefits Sales Team as well as sell core employee benefits to prospective business clients using a consultative approach.
Attend networking events
Travel is required
Based out of the Kingston, MA Office.
