- Outside Sales Experience within Employee Benefits
- Management Experience
- Drive for results
- Proven ability to obtain those results
- Desire to grow and learn
We would be wicked excited if you also had:
- A LOT of Employee Benefits experience (lets say more than 5 years)
- A LOT of Leadership experience!
- An Established Network
- Anything else that makes you unique-

We are looking to add a Manager to oversee our Employee Benefits Sales Team. Here are some details of the role:
- Oversee the Employee Benefits Sales Team as well as sell core employee benefits to prospective business clients using a consultative approach.
- Attend networking events
- Travel is required
- Based out of the Kingston, MA Office.
