Tom Ealy Takes The Reins At Encompass

August 30, 2011 by AC Editor

Thomas V. Ealy will join the Allstate team on September 12th as president of Encompass Insurance and will report to Donald J. Bailey, executive vice president, Emerging Business.

“The Encompass business represents a central part of the company’s aggressive growth goals,” said Bailey. “There is great potential here in Encompass. Tom is the right leader to help us capitalize on that potential and achieve the goals we now have before us.”

Encompass is currently one of the nation’s largest insurers to provide insurance with more than 3,200 independent insurance agents selling its auto, homeowner and related insurance products.

Prior to joining Encompass, Mr. Ealy served as national partner of the Midwest Region for the North American retail operations of Willis group Holdings.  Earlier in his career at Willis, Mr. Ealy was the Chief Operating Officer of its North American division.

Ealy completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Notre Dame where he received a Bachelor of Economics. He also has a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University.
