In other RMV News, the Registrar Rachel Kaprielian made an appearance at the AAA branch in Saugus along with AAA Southern New England President and CEO Mark Shaw to announce the newest MassDOT/AAA partnership to offer Registry services.
The AAA branch in Saugus will now offer routine license and registration renewals Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. As of now, AAA is the only RMV service location offering Saturday hours.
MassDOT’s commitment to improving customer service is evident through our growing list of partnerships with AAA,” said Registrar Rachel Kaprielian. “Our innovative partnership with AAA helps reduce wait times and compliments the service already provided by RMV employees.
With this new edition, AAA now offers Registry services in their South Dennis, Framingham and Worcester branches and it expansion into branches in Boston and West Springfield is slated for later this year.
