House Passes MAIA’s Bill To Ban Use of Credit Scores in Auto Rates

November 17, 2011 by AC Editor

The Bill quickly passed through the House without much debate. Representative Michael Costello, a Democrat from Newburyport, called the ban on credit rating for auto insurance policies “a win for consumers.”
