CNA announced this week that Josh Gibbons has been appointed as director of Business Development for CNA’s Boston branch. In his new position, Mr. Gibbons will be responsible for enterprise business development, agency management and sales training in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. Mr. Gibbons is the latest new appointment to CNA’s Boston branch after the company’s announcement in November that Charles O’Donnell also had joined the Boston office as CNA’s Commercial Underwriting Officer for New England.
Prior to joining CNA, Mr. Gibbons, spent six years with the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in Boston where he rose to Professional Liability Senior Underwriter. Most recently, he was an Assistant Vice President with the ACE Group where he led the Private Company Multinational Directors and Officers segment. Mr. Gibbons is a graduate of James Madison University’s College of Business and of Boston University’s School of Management.
