On April 27, 2012, CAR announced that the Governing Committee had voted to amend the following Rules of Operation and has sent them to Commissioner Murphy for approval. Last Month, Commissioner Murphy sent a letter denying the approval of changes to Rule 29 and 30. This new proposal reflect those changes that the Commissioner had suggested be added.
