On October 23, 2012, the Commonwealth Automobile Reinsurers issued the following Executive Update with regards to the Calianos Insurance Agency of Roxbury.
On October 17, 2012, the Division held a telephone conference with both parties, during which dates were established for assembly of the record and briefing.
The record should be finalized by October 26, 2012, and briefs are due by December 14, 2012. No date has been set for a further hearing.
