In Agency Checklists’ latest legal alert, the Supreme Judicial Court issued this opinion on whether or not any surface water contributing to a loss inside a dwelling or building is covered or uncovered under the “anti-concurrent cause” clause in most Massachusetts homowner’s insurance policies.
