Renaissance Alliance Insurance Services (RAIS) has named Bill Alexander as its new Director of Learning. In his new role, Alexander will be responsible for establishing strategic relationships with both Renaissance Alliance staff as well as agents, insurance companies, vendors and prospects.

Prior to joining the RAIS family, Alexander was the Senior Agency Technology Specialist at Liberty Mutual Insurance where he managed multiple projects involving the commercial lines division. He has over 30+ years experience involving real-time technology in the industry in positions at the The Tower Group, OneBeacon and Aetna.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst MA Mr. Alexander also holds the designation of Associate in Automation Management (AAM) from the Insurance Institute of America.
