South Dennis-based Rogers & Gray Insurance Agency has welcomed two new hires this week to its growing agency.
“Our agency continues to be committed to hiring and development.” Says Charles Robinson, President and CEO of Rogers & Gray. “We are very pleased to announce the hires of Cameron and Eric. They both come to the Agency with extensive experience and commitments to both the industry and the community.”
Cameron Robinson
Cameron Robinson has joined Rogers & Gray as its Sales Executive in the Voluntary Benefits Division. Mr. Robinson comes to the agency with experience in both the financial service and employee benefits industries. In his new position, he will focus on assisting companies in developing benefit solutions with the goal of it being at no-cost to employers while offering security and value for employees.
Prior to joining Rogers & Gray, Mr. Robinson was at the Principal Financial Group. He also worked at Unum Insurance in the Voluntary Worksite & Executive Disability Sales Department.
Mr. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College and is a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association and the South Shore Young Professionals. He lives in South Boston.
Eric McLaughlin
Eric McLaughlin is Rogers & Gray’s newest Sales Executive in the Business Insurance Division. Mr McLaughlin comes to the agency with experience in Sales and Business Development with his most recent employment being in the Health Care industry.
A Marshfield resident, Mr. McLaughlin is an active member of the South Shore community, currently holding positions as Trustee with the South Shore Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees, Board Member of the South Shore YMCA Board of Directors and Camp Hayward & Burgess. In addition, Mr. McLaughlin is President Elect of the Braintree Rotary Club and the past Co-Chair of the South Shore YMCA Annual Golf Tournament and is a member of both the Scituate Country Club and St. Christine’s Parish Council and Fundraising Committee.
He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
