The Driscoll Insurance Agency of Norwell has announced that it has merged with Cross Insurance Agency of Bangor, Maine. Both The Boston Globe and The Boston Business Journal have reported that this is the third acquisition for the Cross Agency in New England in the last month. Agency Checklists contacted The Cross Agency multiple times to confirm the acquisition but they never got back to us. Here is the announcement from The Driscoll Agency’s website:
