How to attend a hearing at the Division of Insurance

Each month Agency Checklists lists the hearings that will be taking place at The Massachusetts Division of Insurance.

As a general rule, all hearings are open to the public, but you must present a valid picture ID to enter. The Division of Insurance is located at 1000 Washington Street, Boston MA 02118-6200. If you have a specific question, the main number is 617.521.7794. There is paid parking on-site, which is slightly reduced if you have it validated.
