The national association’s publication relaunched this week with a cleaner, more user-friendly format
After the result of two year’s work, The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America Association, founded in 1896, and representing a network of more than a quarter of a million agents, brokers relaunched its member publications and website with a new more modern look. The flagship publication for the Big “I” since 1903, Independent Agent Magazine has finally jumped into the new millennium with a crisper, more streamlined look. The cleaner structure will allow for more editorial content to be published in a shorter and more user-friendly format and more importantly on a more frequent basis.
“After two years of research and work, the Big ‘I’ is proud to announce a new design and structure for Independent Agent magazine, the member e-newsletters and iamagazine.com,” says Robert .
IA has been redesigned to offer additional content with a cleaner, more user-friendly layout. Stories and other updates will be posted more frequently.

For those agents interested in downloading the app, it is now available at the App Store under the name “Independent Agent magazine.” Agency Checklists, however, wanted to make it even easier for those Mass. agents or insurance professionals who would like to download the app by linking to it here (Find the IA App here.)
The app is open and free to download, with new issues published on a monthly basis. Please note while the IA app is currently only available for the iPad, a similar app for Android will be released later this year.
