A New IT Director For A.I.M. Mutual

Earlier this month the Burlington-based insurer announced the promotion of Wayne Grudzien

Announcing its second in-house promotion this month, A.I.M. Mutual has promoted Abi Troy to Director of Information Technology. Most recently she was the IT Manager for the companies, a position she had held since 2012. Ms. Troy first joined A.I.M. Mutual in 1997 as an IT Project Leader.  Prior to joining A.I.M. Mutual, Ms. Troy spent 15 years in various positions involving programming, analyst and consultant roles with a national property and casualty insurer.

In her new role as IT Director of A.I.M. Mutual, Ms. Troy will be responsible for all systems design, programming and development, including creating an integrated policy overseeing the workers’ compensation insurer’s billing and claims administration system with Tropics Software Technologies.
