BEDFORD, N.H. — The Concord Group Insurance Companies (The Concord Group) recently appointed Michael P. Nolin Jr. as president and chief executive officer and Michael W. Percy as senior vice president & chief operating officer.

He most recently served as senior vice president & chief operating officer, and is a member of the board of directors.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Management from Plymouth State University and has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

“It is an honor to step into the role of president and CEO of The Concord Group, a company I have dedicated my entire professional career to,” said Nolin. “Throughout that time, I have witnessed the strength of our people, our partnerships, and our values. Looking ahead, we will continue to foster a culture of accountability, inspiration, opportunity, and mutual success. Our focus will remain centered on our associates, policyholders, independent agents, and partners at Auto-Owners Insurance—the people we are privileged to work with and serve every day.”

Michael W. Percy

Percy named senior vice president and COO
