Optisure Risk Partners is pleased to announce the dramatic growth of our team over the past quarter. The organization has been joined by no less than five extremely talented individuals as the company makes dramatic strides toward joining the ranks of the top 100 brokers in the nation. “Each team member provides valuable expertise and insight and I couldn’t be more excited to grow our team with such talented, enthusiastic additions”, said Peter Milnes, CEO of Optisure.
Three new producers joined the organization:
Heather Galloway joined Optisure as a Sales Executive and brings extensive experience in personal lines insurance to her new role. Heather will specialize in home owner coverages and risk associated management strategies, and will work in Manchester, and as part of Optisure’s Masiello Insurance team based in Keene NH, to serve the Northern New England Region. In her new role for the company, Heather will be responsible for leading a direct outreach program to partner with realtors and their home buyers to provide the related insurance products which will best meet their changing needs.
Heather brings over 20 years of personal lines insurance experience, including all aspects of relationship sales and service, to this specialized role.
Thomas Lavoie, RPLU joined Optisure as an Account Executive in the business insurance division based in Manchester NH. In this role, he will provide professional and commercial insurance and risk management programs to his clientele and serve as a highly qualified expert resource for colleagues and clients around the entire company.
Mr. Lavoie, who holds his New Hampshire P&C, Life and Health insurance licenses, has also earned a Registered Professional Liability Underwriting designation. Over his 20+ years of professional and commercial insurance experience, he has worked with local agents and larger regional providers on a multi-state level. In addition to providing sound risk management solutions to businesses of various sizes, across multiple industries, he has developed a specialized expertise in professional liability insurance for the medical and legal fields.
Finally, Kyle Smith joined the company as an Associate Producer in the Sutton James division providing aviation related insurance and risk management programs.
“Kyle brings an insight of the insurance carrier side of the industry which will add a unique perspective to the office,” said Christopher Arnold, Managing Director of the Sutton James division of Optisure. “Kyle’s background of customer service and his ability to find creative solutions for unique risk will be an asset and fit in nicely with our company philosophy. We are delighted he has chosen to join the Optisure team.”
Kyle spent 5 years with a large insurance carrier as an Underwriting Analyst. While there, he was responsible for accounts ranging from aerospace manufacturers and service providers to large charter operators and owners of personal aircraft. Kyle holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Biology from the University of Connecticut and is currently pursuing his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Aviation Insurance Professional (CAIP) designations.
Within our accounting team, Optisure is happy to welcome Marlene Butchard and Lilly Perry who join the organization and work out of the Manchester, New Hampshire office.
Marlene Butchard joins Optisure as an Accounting Manager and brings to this role a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and three decades of accounting and financial management experience, the majority of which has been in the insurance industry. Over the course of her career she has held several management level roles in separate insurance companies and agencies, all of which provide directly relevant experience. In her new role, she will join our growing accounting and finance team, and provide management level accounting and financial management support to the member agencies.

Lilly Perry joins in the role of Staff Accountant following her recent college graduation from Saint Michael’s College. An enthusiastic Accounting Specialist offering a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a focus in Accounting, her strong analytical skills will provide much needed assistance to the corporate team.
