Travelers Announces 2025 Personal Insurance Agent of the Year Award Honorees

A Massachusetts and Connecticut agent was honored at this year’s event

The Travelers Companies, Inc. has announced the 2025 Agent of the Year Award honorees, recognizing a select group of Personal Insurance independent agents for their outstanding customer service, dedication to their communities, long-term profitable growth and commitment to Travelers. Recipients were recently recognized at the Travelers annual leadership conference for top independent agents and brokers.

“Independent agents are the backbone of our industry, providing customers with trusted guidance, personalized service and expert knowledge to help them protect what matters most,” said Michael Klein, Executive Vice President and President of Personal Insurance at Travelers. “The recipients of our Agent of the Year Award represent the very best in our industry, consistently delivering value to their clients and communities. We congratulate this year’s honorees and look forward to continued success together.”

Among this year’s cohort are two New England-based agents: Suzette Moniz, Chief Operating Officer (CISR) at Fall River-based Lapointe Insurance and Tim Wilson, President, Business & Personal Insurance Advisor of Bristol, Connecticut’s C.V. Mason Insurance Agency.

  • Derick Wolsleger, Agents United

The above are selected from Travelers independent agent partners, which number more than 13,000 nationwide.
