Salem Five Insurance Services Expands Leadership Team with Addition of Gregory Grintchenko

July 20, 2026 by AC Editor

Salem Five Insurance Services appointed Gregory Grintchenko as senior vice president of insurance sales to support the agency's continued growth strategy.

Salem Five Insurance Services (SFIN), has announced the addition of Gregory Grintchenko, C.I.S.R., C.P.I.A., as Senior Vice President, Insurance Sales. This strategic hire further strengthens the organization’s leadership team and reinforces its continued commitment to growth, performance, and client-focused service.

Grintchenko is a results-driven insurance executive with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales organizations, driving organic growth, and building scalable, high-efficiency operations. He brings extensive experience across personal and commercial lines, sales management, and operational leadership.

“We are continuing to invest in the right talent to support the next phase of our growth,” said Heather Smith, President of Salem Five Insurance Services. “Greg brings a unique combination of leadership, sales expertise, and operational discipline. His ability to build and develop high-performing teams while delivering consistent results makes him a strong addition to our organization.”

In his most recent role, Grintchenko led a team of more than 40 insurance professionals and oversaw a multi-million dollar portfolio spanning both personal and commercial lines. He has consistently delivered above-target performance, including exceeding sales goals, improving operating margins, and driving meaningful revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management and team development.

Prior to that, Grintchenko spent over a decade in senior leadership roles at a leading regional insurance firm, where he was responsible for new business production, sales strategy, and talent development. His leadership contributed to sustained year-over-year growth and earned multiple top-sales leadership awards.

“Greg is not only a strong leader and strategist, but also someone who understands how to build culture and develop talent,” added Smith. “As we continue to scale, those capabilities are critical to ensuring we grow in a way that is both intentional and sustainable.”

Grintchenko’s appointment reflects Salem Five Insurance’s broader strategy of strengthening its leadership infrastructure, enhancing its sales engine, and continuing to elevate the client experience through consultative, relationship-driven service.
