Insurance Business America, a top industry publication, recently announced that RogersGray has been named as the #1 “Top Insurance Workplace” in the United States, for independent insurance agencies with 100-499 employees.
To be considered a Top Insurance Workplace, organizations were invited to fill out an employer form to provide details on their various offerings and practices. Employees from nominated companies were then asked to fill out an anonymous form evaluating their workplace on several metrics, including benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and diversity.
“This recognition is truly meaningful this year.” Says David Robinson, President & CEO of RogersGray. “Our team has worked so hard staying connected, engaged, positive and thoughtful during a very difficult time. I could not be more proud of everything we have accomplished for each other and for our clients.”
Each company had to reach a minimum number of employee responses based on overall size. Organizations that achieved at least an 80% average satisfaction rating from employees were named a Top Insurance Workplace. RogersGray has a score of 92.5%, held the highest overall score of any New England agency and ranked #1 in the medium size category across the Nation.
“We have the best team consulting and advocating for our clients and one another.” Says Michael Robinson, Chairman of RogersGray. “It’s never been more evident than it was this year. With a rapidly changing business climate, remote workers, clients needing help and information changing daily – our team stepped up. They took charge and took care of each other and our clients.”
