He will specialize in providing tailored Workers’ Compensation solutions as part of AAU’s ongoing national expansion.
With over two decades of experience in insurance, finance, and sales, JC Roderiques brings a well-rounded, results-driven approach to risk management and client service. Most recently serving as Associate Vice President at Boston Insurance Brokerage, he managed agency and carrier relationships while underwriting complex submissions across multiple markets.
Roderiques’ career spans both national and regional roles, including positions in underwriting, inside sales, and financial services. His ability to navigate the nuances of policy structures, vendor partnerships, and client communication makes him a valuable asset in delivering tailored insurance solutions with precision and professionalism.
This move is the most recent change that AAU has implemented in its plan to expand operations nationwide and continue to provide innovative solutions for the risk management industry.
