Surprising Decline Brings Investments In Insurtechs Down 79%

According to a well-known data and analytics company headquartered in London, GlobalData, investments into insurtechs declined by 79.6% in 2021, from 2020

Based on GlobalData’s Deals Database, insurtechs have only received $1.0 billion in investments since July 2022. GlobalData anticipates funding for insurtechs will likely continue a downward trend for the rest of 2022.
