In a pithy Circular Letter dated October 7, 2013, the WCRIBMA said the following:
The Workers’ Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau of Massachusetts
(WCRIBMA), on behalf of its members, plans to submit a Rate Filing within the
next few months.In anticipation of the Rate Filing, the WCRIBMA has been issuing ratings
effective on January 1, 2014 and subsequent with a preliminary status. At the
conclusion of the rate case, the WCRIBMA will revise the preliminary ratings.We will keep you advised of any further developments.
