The new venture, offering turnkey Human Capital resources, officially launched on June 3rd
A new venture by Massachusetts agents Chip and Ted Gibson, of Deland, Gibson has officially opened for business. GRIP HR is a consulting company offering turnkey human capital resources for small and medium-sized businesses. The new consulting firm officially launched on June 3rd offers a variety of services to help companies bolster their human resources capabilities.
“Small and medium-sized businesses are challenged with an almost impossible task of keeping up with a constantly changing legislative and compliance ecosystem without a full-time person in that role,” Chip Gibson remarked. “Couple that with historically low unemployment and skyrocketing healthcare costs and the CEO, CFO or the HR manager is being stretched to their limit with very little professional support.”
Enter GRIP HR Consulting (GRIP HR). Mr. Gibson and his co-founder and Managing Partner Ryan Tipping said that they founded the firm to help companies with the ever-changing and increasingly demanding human capital management landscape.
“It’s time to make Strategic HR available to every business, not just the Fortune 100. Large corporations have had the advantage in the war for talent in the benefits they can offer, strategies for Total Rewards, talent retention, and M&A support. We are here to even the playing field with the right level of strategic support for the business. We work to make sure that HR is the ‘Value Add’ department that Fortune 100 Companies have come to expect.”
Through a proprietary risk assessment process and analysis, GRIP HR offers smaller companies the ability to plan and provide for the ever-changing human capital management needs. This includes, but is not limited to. assisting with monthly education and compliance to M&A due diligence and investor reporting. Its products will include assistance at levels from baseline compliance help and training to more sophisticated and strategic human resources planning. The GRIP HR Co-founders say their mission is to help businesses “…get the most value from their most important asset: their people.”
