CAR To Hold Special Governing Committee Meeting Via Zoom

The virtual meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2020 at 11:00 AM


The Commonwealth Automobile Reinsurers issued a Notice on May 1st, 2020 that it will be holding a Special Meeting of the Governing Committee Via Zoom. Scheduled for May 12, 2020 at 11:00 AM, the meeting will discuss various topics including a Limited Distribution Agreement between Pilgrim Insurance Company and Essentia Insurance Company as well as a discussion involving Ceded Commercial Uncollected Earned Premiums pursuant to the Division of Insurance’s Bulletin 2020-05.

The meeting is open to the public, however, any individual interested in attending must RSVP prior to the date of the Zoom Meeting using the Contact Us/Visitor Information Form on the CAR website. Once received, CAR will then forward a response, via email, with the meeting access information. CAR asks that attendees not share access to information provided by CAR, but refer others wishing to attend the meeting to CAR’s Visitor Security Form.
