Commonwealth Automobile Reinsurers has extended the deadline for Executive Recruiting Services proposals until 5pm on June 1, 2011. CAR is looking for recruiter/search firms with a high degree of expertise in order to organize and recruit candidates for the replacement of outgoing President Ralph Iannaco. As Agency Checklists reported in an earlier post, in February of this year Mr. Iannaco announced his retirement from CAR effective June 30th of this year.
Ultimately, the firm CAR chooses will be asked to search for qualified candidates, then screen those candidates, check their references and to provide a comparative analysis of preferred candidates in order to assist the Governing Committee of CAR in making its preliminary selections and then its final selection of a successor to Mr. Iannaco.
