For those who do not know, the majority of records produced by The Division of Insurance are public records. One of the public records most often used or reference by insurance professionals in Massachusetts are the Regulatory Bulletins that the Division publishes from time to time. In our continuing effort to provide more insurance information to agents, Agency Checklists now offers a free summarized list of DOI Regulatory Bulletins by year.
This new feature now provides the Regulatory Bulletins from 2008 through 2011 with a short excerpt of what the Bulletin concerns and a link to a printable .pdf file. These lists can be accessed under the “DOI Bulletins” located on the toolbar above this article. In the coming weeks, we will be adding years prior to 2008, as well as those published in 2012, in order to provide a complete library of these Regulatory Bulletins.
