The latest checklist from Agency Checklists is one which compliments “When the auditor calls,” which focused on agencies assisting insureds in policy audits.
What this new checklists does is give a simple listing of what an auditor will likely seek to review on a policy audit based upon remuneration. Obviously policies with composite rating based upon some other selected exposure basis, e.g. income or square footage, will have different record production requirements. But for the most common type of audit for workers compensation insurance, an agency can use the following checklist for their insureds facing an audit.
