The Chief Sales Officer is a newly created position at XS Brokers
XS Brokers welcomed Mike McKinley last month as the company’s new Chief Sales Officer. He will be responsible for overseeing the sales and production staff for the company’s offices located in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
“Mike brings with him over 20 years of experience in building executive level relationships with corporate partners. His diverse background with Fortune 500 companies and his experience leading sales teams and building executive level relationships will be a tremendous asset as we continue to deliver a high-performance service to our clients, and cultivate new relationships,” said Adam Devine, CEO & President, XS Brokers of the appointment.
Mr. McKinley’s career includes a variety of leadership roles at ARAMARK, Houghton Mifflin Company, Boise Office Solutions and ViaCell. Most recently, he was an Independent Business and Sales Consultant for Brewster Ambulance and Doctors Billing Inc., where he focused on implementing strategic business plans, new business development and program management.

Founded in 1978, XS Brokers is a wholesale brokerage facility based in Quincy. With more than 50 employees, the company recorded its best year yet in 2013 based on the number of transactions and policy volume it handled and plans continued growth.
