Fred C. Church Insurance, of Lowell, recently announced that long-time senior executives Mike Reilly and Chris Duble have taken over for CEO Herman Laturnau, who has retired. Mr. Reilly has become the President of the agency, while Mr. Duble has taken over as CEO. Former Senior Vice President John C. Reilly, has been promoted to the role of Executive Vice President.

Church for nearly 30 years, and an honor to serve as President since 2002,” said Laturnau, of Londonderry, NH, who joined the company in 1985 as Chief Financial Officer. “I am confident in Mike and Chris and their abilities to advance this company far beyond what it is today. They are savvy, forward-thinking, and most importantly, dedicated to exemplary customer service.”
While Mr. Laturnau has formerly retired from his position as CEO, he will remain a corporate office and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the agency until his official retirement at the end of 2015.
President Michael S. Reilly
Mr. Reilly’s career in the Massachusetts insurance industry began in 1985. He is both a licensed insurance producer and a Certified Insurance Counselor. In 1987, he joined Fred C. Church, Insurance as a Commercial Producer/Account Executive. A graduate of Milton Academy and Dartmouth College, he lives in Andover with his wife, Lorraine, and three children, Molly, Mike, and Emma.
As the company’s new president, Mr. Reilly’s focus is on the execution and ongoing management of the organization.

CEO Chris Duble
With a career spanning almost 40 years in the Massachusetts insurance industry, Mr. Duble has spent 29 of those years with the agency he will now lead as its newest CEO. Beginning his career wtih Chubb Insurance in 1976, he joined Fred C. Church, Inc. in 1986 as a Commercial Insurance Account Executive. A graduate of Harvard College and Phillips Academy in Andovers, Mr. Duble lives in Boxford with his wife, Kathi, and two grown daughters, Tobey and Liza.
As the CEO of Fred C. Church, he is charged with devising and overseeing the long-term vision and strategy for the agency.
