In May of this year, Agency Checklists reported that the Division of Insurance had informed both the Insurance Library Association of Boston and the MAIA of new reporting requirements for all Massachusetts resident producers. Following the notification to both of these organizations which provide Continuing Education classes for insurance producers, the Division has reissued an official announcement of this change in the Continuing Education Law this week. The following is a reprint of that announcement:

Non-Compliance with Massachusetts Continuing Education requirements may also result in the suspension of your License.
