Ms. Greis was elected to the Board of Directors at the A.I.M. Mutual Annual Meeting in May
A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Companies has welcomed Leslie E. Greis to its Board of Directors. Ms. Greis was formally elected to the Board of Directors of the state’s second largest workers’ comp. insurer during its annual meeting in May.
“We are very pleased to have the benefit of Leslie’s expertise as a Director for A.I.M. Mutual,” said John Myers, Chairman of the Board.
Ms. Greis is an owner and director of the Kinefac Corporation based in Worcester. She is also the founder and Managing Member of Perennial Capital Advisors, LLC, an investment firm specializing in evaluating and investing in private real estate strategies worldwide on behalf of institutional investors. Prior to that, she was with Cambridge Associates, the pre-eminent advisory firm to endowments and foundations and also served as Acting Director of Investments at MoMA in New York City.
In addition to her new position of the Board of Directors of A.I.M. Mutual, Ms. Greis also serves on the Executive Committee of Associated Industries of Massachusetts. Throughout her career, Ms. Greis also has devoted a significant amount of time and energy to various boards and non-profit activities and has chaired or served as a member of at least six endowment or foundation investment committees, including several years as Chair of the Investment Committee of the Museum of Science in Boston.
