Alan Dudkiewicz will head Up XS Brokers New Field Office
Quincy’s XS Brokers announced this month that it will be expanding into the Mid-Atlantic region with the opening of a new office in the greater Philadelphia area. Alan Dudkiewicz, CIC, has been tapped to head the new office effective August 1, 2016. Mr. Dudkiewicz will join XS Brokers’ senior management team as Vice President.
“I am ecstatic to join the XSB Team and continue to execute their growth strategy in another developing region of focus,” said Mr. Dudkiewicz, in an official announcement. “XSB is keenly focused on the value of relationships, with an emphasis on providing first class service to client partners.”
Mr. Dudkiewicz’s insurance career spans over 29 years, of which 16 of those years were spent at Jimcor Agencies. His career also includes positions with Harleysville, American Reliance and Ohio Casualty. In his new position with XS Brokers, he will be focused on growing the company’s presence in the Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Delaware-New York region as well as managing the excess and surplus underwriting and brokering for the many retail agency relationships he has built over the course of his long career. Lastly, he will also be focused on developing marketing in this region by developing a highly trained staff for the XS Broker’s new office and geographic area.
“This new office location fits perfectly into our long-term plan of growing and diversifying our business,” said Adam Devine, CEO & President of XS Brokers. “Alan’s in-depth excess and surplus lines experience and deep knowledge of this area makes him a perfect fit to build out our company’s presence.”
Growing at a rapid pace
According to the company, last year it recorded its highest gross written premium writings in its history, with the potential to repeat that success in 2016. In order to achieve that goal, XS Brokers plans to hire 5-10 people over the next 2-3 years at the new office. “We have always invested back in our company, from hiring and retaining the best talent in the industry, to our office space and cutting edge technological capabilities,” said Devine.
