The Hanover Debuts New Pay-As-You-Go Solution for Workers’ Comp.

The Hanover’s latest Worker’s Comp offering let insureds pay premiums in Real-Time

The Hanover Insurance Group announced this month a new worker’s compensation offering that allows Hanover insureds to pay premiums in “Real Time” based on payroll. The new pay solution, launched as Hanover EZ Pay, also was created with independent agents in mind as a way to provide even better service to clients.

“Hanover EZPay allows agents to provide their clients with increased flexibility and peace of mind by offering a payment option that fits with the flow of their business,” said John C. Roche, president of commercial lines at The Hanover. “For many agencies, this also helps increase customer satisfaction and retention, making it beneficial for both the agent and the customer.”

What the new EZ Pay option offers

The Hanover’s new EZ Pay positions itself as a pay-as-you-go solution offers businesses the option to pay their premiums as each payroll cycle is processed.  According to the Worcester-based insurer, business owners now have the option of paying their worker’s compensation insurance premiums through Hanover EZ Pay as each payroll cycle is process. This solution can help improve many businesses’ cash flow in addition to reducing audit exposures with real-time premium calculations. As a result, this option also offers businesses automatic premium withdrawals all without a down payment or monthly billing fees.

How to obtain Hanover EZ Pay for agency

Currently, Hanover EZ Pay is available exclusively for elite agent partners of The Hanover. Please note that this new payment solutions is not offered directly through the company.
