AIM Mutual Announces Two New Field Operations Appointments

Both of the new appointees will work in AIM Mutual’s Field Operations

Burlington-based A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Co., has announced two new appointments to its Field Operations. Both appointments, announced simultaneously, were effective as of October 1, 2016.

A.I.M. Mutual has appointed Mr. Landers as its Director of Field Operations. In his new position, he will over see and ultimately be responsible for the workers’ comp. insurer’s underwriting, marketing, and agency operations as well as its injury prevention and worksite wellness. As in his previous position, he will report directly to President & CEO Michael Standing.

Mr. Landers has been with A.I.M. Mutual for over a decade, first joining the insurer in 2002. Prior to this appointment, he has held various jobs within A.I.M. Mutual including Director of Marketing as well as  Regional Underwriting Manager in New Hampshire. Mr. Landers insurance career first began with The Hartford, where he was based in Loss Control. After leaving The Hartford and before joining A.I.M. Mutual, he was with EBI where he served as a manager for the company’s branch operations in northern New England.

Kevin M. Snyder

A.I.M. Mutual has promoted Mr. Snyder to a new position the insurer has established. As the company’s new Senior Underwriter, Mr. Snyder will oversee all of A.I.M. Mutual underwriting operations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Connecticut. In this newly created position, he will report to Mr. Landers.

Mr. Snyder has been with the insurer for six years, entering the company in 2010 as a Regional Underwriting Manager based in Bridgewater. Prior to joining the workers’ comp. insurer, he was a Treaty Reinsurance Broker with Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC where he was responsible for the design, placement and servicing of the company’s reinsurance programs.
