Rogers & Gray Promotes Allison McEachern To Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources

The promotion of Ms. McEachern rounds out the agency’s leadership team

Rogers & Gray Insurance has announced the promotion of Allison McEachern to Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources. In her new role which she assumed earlier this year, Ms. McEachern will oversee the hiring and training functions for the agency’ staff which includes approximately 140 employees in nine office locations throughout Southern Massachusetts, including the Cape and Islands.

In announcing the promotion of Ms. McEachern, David Robinson, Rogers & Gray Insurance President & CEO noted his delight at being able to promote from within in order to fill this top spot in the agency.

“Human Resources, recruiting and training are a major focus for Rogers & Gray and Allison is the right person to lead these efforts. In her time with Rogers & Gray, she has shown herself to be an incredible leader with our staff and our clients,” says Robinson. “Her focus, strategic thinking and experience will allow Rogers & Gray to continue to achieve calculated growth.  We are thrilled to have Allison join our Senior Management team and contribute towards the future of this agency.”

Agency Checklists, MA Insurance News, Mass. Insurance NewsA graduate of Stonehill College, Ms. McEachern also has a Human Resources Management certificate from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. In 2011, she was licensed in Massachusetts as a Life & Health Producer.

Prior to being promoted to Senior Vice President, Direct of Human Resources, Ms. McEachern first joined Rogers & Gray as Vice President, Employee Benefits, eventually moving on to Director of Employee Benefits for the agency. Her additional human resources experience includes previous positions at Frito Lay, Inn Seasons Resorts and The Black Dog.

In addition to her insurance career, she is also certified to teach secondary education in Massachusetts, licensed as both a Middle and High School teacher, having taught social studies on and off Cape Cod earlier in her career.
