The Morse Insurance Agency announced this month that it has acquired Quaglia Insurance. The Quaglia Insurance Agency is a family-owned independent insurance agency based in Attleboro.
“The Morse and Quaglia families both have deep roots in the insurance industry, possess very similar values when it comes to operating their family-run agencies, and both enjoy clients that have been with their agencies for generations. According to the terms of the transaction, the Quaglia Insurance Agency’s Attleboro office will close and merge into the Morse Agency. Stacy Quaglia, the daughter of longtime owner, Larry Quaglia, however, will join the Morse team as an Account Manager. She will be based out of Morse’s Norton office which is located approximately three miles away from the former Quaglia office in Attleboro.
“We are extremely pleased to not only have the Quaglia Insurance clients join our family, but also to have Stacy Quaglia, daughter of the longtime owner, Larry Quaglia, join the Morse team as an Account Manager,” noted Mr. Morse adding that for he and his brothers Tim and Brian, it is essential for them to be more than just the area’s local insurance agents.
