Both agencies are based in New Hampshire
The Masiello Insurance Agency of Keene, NH has merged with Optisure Risk Partners of Manchester, NH. According to the terms of the transaction, Masiello Insurance will retain the same management going forward led by President Donna Croteau. Ms. Croteau will be working in collaboration with the Optisure leadership team and will report directly to Optisure CEO Peter R. Milnes, CPCU, CIC.

Considered one of the top agencies in New Hampshire, Donna and her team bring significant talent to our organization,” noted Optisure CEO Milnes in commenting on his company’s latest acquisition. “We are delighted to welcome them as we broaden our footprint throughout the state.”
The Masiello family, who have owned and operated the Masiello Insurance agency for over 50 years, will continue to retain an ownership interest in the organization. As for Masiello Real Estate, Better Homes and Gardens, its relationship with Masiello Insurance Agency also will continue uninterrupted as the entity has entered into a long-term agreement with Optisure, that will see the company continue to offer insurance services to its real estate clients in its 34 offices in four different states.
Optisure will become a member of SAN
For its part, Optisure has announced that it will join the Masiello Insurance agency as a member of the Satellite Agency Network Group, Inc., better known as the SAN Group. SAN, an agency alliance also owned by the Masiello, is considered the largest network of insurance agencies in the Northeast. SAN also is the founding member of SIAA, Inc., the largest alliance of insurance agencies in the United States.
