Mass RMV website migrates back to “.gov” from “.com”
The Registry of Motor Vehicles website, which a few years ago, announced that it would be the first registry website to use a “.com” address has reversed course. As of July 25, 2018, the RMV’s website has moved its digital home back to “.gov.”

Two Insurance Events to Attend This August in Massachusetts
During the month of August, Massachusetts will be home to two insurance events that our readers may want take part in.
The first one takes place from August 4-7, 2018, when the National Association of Insurance Commissioners will hold its Summer meeting in Boston.
Then later this month, the Big “I” comes to town for its Annual Leadership Conference. The conference, which will be held in Springfield from August 22-26, also will serve as the venue for Springfield native Joe Leahy’s investure as this year’s Big “I” President.
The Installation of Officers Luncheon and reception in honor of Joseph Leahy, chairman-elect, will take place on August 25th and will be hosted by the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents.
