Sheron Gagnon, the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents’ Information & Product Specialist/Trade Show Manager has announced that she will be retiring from the MAIA this Spring. A long-time MAIA employee, Ms. Gagnon has been with the Association since 1984. and has been the organizer of one of the Massachusetts’ insurance industry’s most anticipated annual event – ‘The Big Event.

In an email communication from the MAIA, Ms. Gagnon said after 27 years with the MAIA, her official last day after March 25th. She was kind enough to let us reprint it here for those who may not have seen it:

“I am writing to you today with mixed emotions to let you know that, after many (many!) years with the Association, I will be retiring in March. My last day will be March 25th. Please know that I have sincerely enjoyed working with you over the years and will miss you all!”

Agency Checklists would also like to take this opportunity to wish her well and to thank her for the many years she helped us as a vendor at the Big Event.

For those who also would like to send well wishes to Ms. Gagnon, she can be emailed until March 25th at sgagnon@massagent.com. Or, in the alternative, feel free to leave her a comment below and we will make sure she sees it.
