Needham, MA – Natalie Medrano, a Personal Lines Account Manager at Kaplansky Insurance, expands her 7-year industry experience, by earning the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation.
This how-to training covers concepts to produce rapid sales results and promotes the growth and development of producers, sales support staff, and company personnel.
After graduating in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Medrano eagerly jumped into the insurance world, which she soon grew to love.
“The CPIA designation reminded me why I have remained in the insurance industry so long. I’ve always considered the insurance agent role to be more of an educator, trusted partner, and most importantly caring professional. Insurance is very personal and the CPIA designation emphasized just how important it is to go above and beyond for the customer,” says Medrano.
The successful completion of the AIMS Society’s three, one-day Insurance Success Seminars allows participants to acquire new tools, methods, and thought processes that build upon the skills needed to efficiently create and administer effective insurance programs.
“We’ve built our business on providing an exceptional customer experience,” says Ely Kaplansky, President and CEO of Kaplansky Insurance Agencies. “Natalie’s accomplishment of the CPIA designation is a perfect example of action we can take to elevate our expertise, and provide more enhanced service to our customers. By consistently aspiring to learn more, we can do more.”
