SWANSEA, SOMERSET, MA – Partners Insurance Group, LLC, one of the region’s leading independent insurance agencies with eight locations in Southeastern MA and RI, today announced the promotion of Ann Pacheco of Somerset, Massachusetts, to Assistant Vice President, Administration.
In this role, Pacheco, as a member of the Leadership Group, participates in developing the Strategic Plan and carries out the respective goals and objectives of the Annual Business Plan. Her wide range of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to scheduling educational seminars, maintaining sound working relationships with insurance companies and other distributors of insurance products, participation in social media meetings with the marketing department and attendance at appropriate internal and external meetings relating to banking, marketing and insurance. She also performs additional duties and participates in special projects under the direction of the leadership team.
This is the fourth promotion for Pacheco, who joined Partners Insurance Group, LLC in April of 2013 as a licensed Certified Insurance Service Representative. She was promoted to Account Manager in 2016 and in 2017, elevated to Assistant Branch Manager of the Stafford Road location in Fall River. One year later she was named Manager of the Stafford Road branch.
Pacheco began her career in the insurance industry in 1987 at the Maury Kusinitz Insurance Agency in Fall River and also previously worked at the F.J. Torres Insurance Agency as manager of the Assonet branch.
In addition to being a CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) she holds Elite and CPIA (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) designations and is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women and the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents.
A resident of Somerset, Pacheco is an active volunteer with Gifts to Give, participates in Credit for Life at local schools and has mentored a student through the SMILES Mentoring Program. She oversees the Partners Insurance fundraising program and, as such, has spearheaded many food drives for local organizations.
