The acquisition expands Allstate’s Service to the Springfield market
Holbrook, MA – Jon Shellington, owner of Allstate Glass Company has strengthened the company’s auto glass division by purchasing A&R Auto Glass, headquartered in Southwick, MA. The acquisition includes the current A&R Auto Glass location which will provide space in Western Massachusetts for Allstate to have a regional distribution warehouse as well as an auto glass service center.
A&R Auto Glass has been providing drivers throughout the Pioneer Valley region of Massachusetts with auto glass repairs and replacements for more than 20 years. The company was founded by Andy Reardon who shares the operational management of the company with his wife, Patty.
“A&R Auto Glass is a great fit for Allstate, because their focus on providing the best customer service perfectly aligns with Allstate’s service model” explained Nik Frye, Director of Allstate Auto Glass Operations. “It allows us to increase the service capabilities we offer drivers in the western part of our state.”
The addition of Allstate’s resources means that Western MA customers will enjoy even faster service. In addition to an increased number of certified techs and mobile vans, a regional warehouse with hundreds of the most popular windshields in use today will eliminate the need for ordering and receiving parts before jobs can be completed.
Allstate also has a staff of highly trained customer service representatives who are insurance experts ready to handle all claims and follow the process from scheduling to job completion.
