The Arbella Insurance Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Megan Glynn to Director of Digital Strategy in Corporate Communications. Reporting directly to Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Gayle O’Connell, Glynn drives Arbella’s comprehensive digital marketing strategy and oversees brand messaging across all digital technologies including mobile, social, and other on-line platforms.
“For more than 10 years, Megan has been dedicated to fostering Arbella’s connection and engagement with our customers through her focus on our evolving digital communication strategy,” said O’Connell. “She’s playing a critical role in developing, implementing and integrating our digital technologies to promote Arbella’s brand.”
Glynn was hired in 2010 as digital marketing manager, where she oversaw the redesign of Arbella’s website. Her role expanded significantly over the last decade and Glynn was instrumental in creating Arbella’s customer portal, myArbella and Arbella’s first customer-focused app. She is also responsible for driving Arbella’s media strategy and leads all media buying and advertising efforts. Glynn began her career in financial services in business development before assuming a role as senior e-marketing specialist at John Hancock Life Insurance Company.
Glynn attended Boston University and lives in Norwell with her husband and 3 sons.
