Insurance industry veteran, Robin DiDonato has joined the Duffy team to manage the operations at their Gloucester MA office, Babson-Elwell & Davis Insurance. As Operations Manager, Robin will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and continue to grow the book of business.

“I am honored to be part of the Duffy organization. Babson-Elwell & Davis is the oldest insurance agency on Cape Ann. I am tasked to bring modern technology to the Agency, while maintaining its personal touch. I am a dedicated worker who loves to learn new ideas and spread my knowledge to others. As a hands-on Manager, I love to roll up my sleeves and determine the best coverage for our clients at the most reasonable price. Understanding that every risk is different, I have the experience to shop our markets with confidence that I will provide the most comprehensive coverage, never sacrificing coverage for price.”

Robin has numerous years writing new business and overseeing operations at multiple agencies across the Northshore. Prior to joining Babson-Elwell & Davis Insurance, Robin was an office manager who also played a vital role in building the book of business. She also held multiple different roles throughout her earlier years in insurance.

“We are thrilled to have Robin join our growing team. Robin has had a lot of success in her insurance career at highly respected, local insurance agencies. We think Robin will expand on her success leading our Gloucester Office, Babson-Elwell and Davis. Robin certainly possesses the qualities that we look for in our team members; a very strong work ethic, genuine kindness, and a team-player mentality,” said Marc Duffy President of Duffy Insurance and its affiliates
