Chris Roberts has been promoted to director of sales and development for the Northeast, overseeing growth and operations in throughout the region. Roberts has served in a variety of roles throughout the organization, previously as an administrative associate and then promoted to inside sales manager. Roberts’ expertise and contributions in customization and reporting inside the CRM software system will provide a strong foundation for the efficiency of sales metrics in the Northeast region.

“Alera Group values the ability to provide a greater depth and breadth of resources to transform the client experience and maintain strong local relationships,” said Gary Piantedosi, Managing Director of Alera Group’s Northeast Region. “Chris, Rosa, Scott and Whitney all have a proven track record of innovative thinking and constant collaboration.
