Established in 2019, NAAIA Boston is the local Chapter of the National African American Insurance Association which seeks to connect racially diverse insurance professionals in the Boston area, promote growth through continuing education, build meaningful relationships and actively engage in the community.

Founded in 1997, The National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) was organized to create a network among people of color and others employed in or affiliated with the insurance industry.
